—  What we do

Three disciplines, one accountable process.

Waterproofing, plumbing and flooring & renovation — each diagnosed on site, quoted in writing, and delivered by a crew that owns the outcome.

Waterproofing

We diagnose the source and path of water before selecting a system for the structure, substrate, exposure and expected service life — rather than reaching for a one-size-fits-all coating.

Moisture mapping before we quote, so the fix matches the actual leak path — not a guess.

Membrane, coating and injection systems matched to substrate and exposure conditions.

Post-application inspection to confirm the seal holds under real conditions, not just on paper.

Root-cause diagnosis first — we’ll tell you if a smaller repair solves it before proposing a bigger one.

Plumbing

Reliable plumbing installation, repair and maintenance for homes, commercial spaces and institutions, delivered with care for access, finish and future serviceability.

Leak tracing before any wall or floor is opened up.

Clean chasing and reinstatement so finishes go back the way they were.

Fixtures and fittings selected for the water pressure and use pattern on site.

Access left for future serviceability, so a small fix later doesn’t mean breaking tile again.

Flooring & Renovation

We help spaces look better, work better and hold up to everyday use through quality flooring installation, repairs, upgrades and broader renovation support.

Substrate checked and corrected before any finish goes down, not after.

Level, cure and seal times respected, even when a schedule is tight.

Repairs matched to the existing finish where a full replacement isn’t needed.

Waterproofing coordinated with flooring in wet areas, so one team owns both sides of the job.

—  Systems & materials

Chosen for the job, not the shelf.

Broad categories of the systems we draw on — the specific product and method is decided per site during the survey, not before it.

Bituminous membranes

Torch-applied and self-adhesive membranes for roofs and large horizontal areas.

Crystalline waterproofing

Penetrating systems for concrete tanks, basements and below-grade structures.

Resin & crack injection

Targeted repair for active leaks through cracks and construction joints.

Cementitious coatings

Rigid and flexible coatings for wet areas, tanks and internal wall treatment.

PPR & PVC piping

Standard piping systems for water supply, waste and drainage lines.

Epoxy & cement grouts

Grouting and bedding compounds matched to tile and flooring type.

Terrazzo & screed

Poured and pre-cast terrazzo, plus levelling screeds for flooring builds.

Sealants & joint systems

Movement joint and sealant systems for balconies, terraces and facades.

—  How a project runs

From first site visit to handover, in four stages.

Assess — Survey the site

We inspect the structure, trace the source of the problem and record what we find.

Plan — Recommend a fix

A written scope and quote, weighing materials, cost, time and durability.

Build — Carry out the work

Our crews execute to spec, with safety and site tidiness maintained throughout.

Protect — Hand over & support

A final walkthrough, care notes, and support if anything needs attention.

—  Questions

Before you get in touch.

Both. A single leaking wet area gets the same site survey and written scope as a multi-block waterproofing contract — the process just scales down.
After the site survey, we send a written, itemised quote covering materials, labour and timeline. We don’t start work — or ask for a deposit — on a verbal estimate.
It depends on the area, substrate condition and system used. We give you a realistic timeline in the written scope, including any cure or drying time that can’t be rushed.
Yes. We plan access, noise and dust management around your household or operating hours where possible, and flag anything that genuinely can’t be avoided before we start.
We’re based in Nairobi and take on projects across the wider region — get in touch with the location and we’ll confirm.
Get in touch with your job details. We’ll assess whether it’s related to the original scope and talk you through next steps.
Call us directly and describe the situation. We’ll advise on immediate steps and prioritise a site visit for active water ingress or supply issues.
Yes — that’s often where issues overlap, such as a wet area needing both membrane work and floor finishing. One dedicated contact covers the full scope either way.
