After a site survey you receive a written, itemised quote — materials, labour and timeline. There’s no deposit on a verbal estimate, and the price we quote is the price you plan around.

How long does waterproofing last?

Service life depends on the specified product, installation, exposure, drainage and maintenance. We confirm applicable product and workmanship warranty terms in writing; no single lifespan applies to every system.

Do you work outside Nairobi?

Yes — we deliver across Kenya as an NCA-registered contractor. Tell us the site location in your quote request and we’ll plan the survey.

How fast will you respond?
