—  Our approach

A finish is only as good as what's underneath it.

Most flooring failures — cracking, lifting, uneven wear — trace back to what happened before the finish went down: an unchecked substrate, a rushed screed, or skipped cure time. We treat preparation as the actual job.

Where flooring work touches a wet area, we coordinate directly with our own waterproofing team, so one contractor owns both sides of the job instead of two crews working around each other.

—  Questions

Flooring & renovation, answered.

It depends on use and budget. Terrazzo is hard-wearing and seamless, well suited to high-traffic areas, while tile offers more design flexibility and easier spot repairs.
It varies by material and area size — screed and terrazzo need real cure time that can’t be rushed. We give you a realistic timeline in the written scope.
Often, yes — we sequence work room by room where possible and manage dust and access around your household or business hours. Some stages, like screed curing, do need the space clear.
Both. We can take on a single flooring job or coordinate a broader renovation — walls, finishes, plumbing and waterproofing — under one point of contact.
In many cases yes, particularly for tile and terrazzo repairs. Where an exact match isn’t available, we’ll advise on the closest realistic option before work begins.
